MaxOne
The coaching app used by top-performing programs
TRAIN BETTER WITH OUR ALL IN ONE FOOTBALL COACHING TOOL
Football Skill Development
Deliver custom skill workouts for quarterbacks, linemen, or receivers right to your athletes’ phones. Athletes are sent the workouts on their phones and then simply watch the video, perform the workouts, and record the results. With all of the workouts logged, athletes will be able to see their improvement overtime.
Elite Strength Training
Ditch the spreadsheets in the weight room and build custom strength programs – simplifying the tracking of workouts by delivering them right to your athlete’s phones. Athletes get key points on technique as they perform and record their results in real time, Use our “Percent of Max” feature to assign custom weights to each athlete.
Track, Measure, and Compete
Use competition to motivate athletes and drive results. With our Live Leaderboards tool athletes can see how they are stacking up compared to their teammates. Logging max weight histories in the app allows every athlete to track their performance and see how they are progressing over time.
