Do I need to have my own videos to get started?
Many coaches use their own training videos and content, but you do not need your own training videos and content in order to use the app. MaxOne has partnered with top content creators in every sport. During your onboarding call with customer success you can learn about the available content and our team will preload training videos and workouts into your account so you and your team have on-demand access.
What device(s) does it work with?
MaxOne’s digital coaching platform is compatible for both Android and IOS devices via a computer (web) and phone (mobile) app.
How many users can I have in my account?
Athlete users is based on the number of athlete licenses you purchase. Please visit our pricing page for more details. Unlimited parents, coaches, and directors are allowed in your account.
Are there any setup fees?
There are no setup fees for a basic account. There will be a setup fee for customers that purchase a white label and get there own custom app with their branding in the app store.
What happens when my subscription ends?
Subscriptions are licensed on an annual basis. Your subscription will renew automatically unless you decide to cancel your account. If your subscription ends, the data inside your account will be saved for up to 120 days.
What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. If you’d like us to accept purchase orders, invoices, or take any other form of offline payment, please contact your account manager.
Will my data be private and safe?
We take data security seriously at MaxOne. Our servers are hosted in a world class data center that is protected by 24-hour surveillance and we ensure that our application is always up to date with the latest security patches. Our data center is also EU safe harbor compliant and all our plans include SSL encryption to keep your data safe.
Not directly – but MaxOne pricing is designed to scale with the size of your program, so we ask our customer to purchase a product that will fit their level of use. The means purchased enough athlete licenses to match your team or program size.
